About Me

I live in beautiful North Wales, UK, and love spending time by the water, and in the mountains with my dogs.

I was always a bit of an adrenaline junkie, loving water sports and motorbikes, but didn’t discover my true purpose until 2011, when my love of music and movement drove me to leave my desk job behind. I am now a L2 group fitness instructor (AAFA Certified), L3 Older Adults instructor and Master Trainer for International fitness brand, POUND.

I love to see the change that takes place in a person when they are able to let go and be their truest self. I am passionate about the feeling of connection that comes with group fitness, and strive to create class communities that feel welcoming and inclusive to all.

I have spent the last two years training to specialise in Functional Breathwork, Meditation and Pranayama (Yogic breathing) and have helped many people improve their overall health & wellness, and find peace with these incredible practices.
